2. These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) govern the use of the website owned by the OWNER and made available to the public.

Access to and/or use of this website confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the general terms of use set forth herein. The aforementioned conditions shall apply regardless of any general contractual conditions that may be mandatory.

Portal use

3. www.operary.es provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter referred to as “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to the OWNER or its licensors, to which the USER may have access.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. Such responsibility extends to any registration that may be required to access certain services or content. In said registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of such registration, the USER may be provided with a password, for which they shall be responsible, committing to use it diligently and confidentially.

The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services (e.g. chat services, discussion forums, or newsgroups) that the OWNER offers through its portal, and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to:

General Provisions

10. The OWNER will pursue any breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond in law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

11. The relationship between the OWNER and the USER shall be governed by the current Spanish legislation. All disputes and claims arising from this Legal Notice shall be resolved by the Spanish courts and tribunals.

12. www.operary.es is intended for users over 18 years of age. Minors under this age are not authorized to use our services and therefore should not send us their personal data. We inform that, if such a circumstance occurs, Operary Studio will not be responsible for any possible consequences arising from the failure to comply with the warning set forth in this clause.
